I'm installing christmas lights and have thought about expanding into gutters after the holidays. Any advice? I live in a very busy and growing city

Funnily enough ive been thinking about going into Christmas lights myself haha. Gutters can make a lotttt of money and don’t require a lot of skills. Theres this guy that has been advertising his service and he has a whole system and stuff and pulls impressive numbers. I don’t want to link him because im not here to advertise and cant vouch for him. But ive reviewed some of his stuff and I like what he offers. Can you be more specific in what you mean by expanding into gutters? Cleaning wont make much but installation will. My crew pulls me about 1k on the low end a day. My area in florida we cant charge as high so some guys make more. Any more questions just ask!

What type? Cleaning, installation, etc?

[–] NickyD_@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

Its gutters and soffit. We install on mostly new construction. Sometimes we do remodels. We don’t clean

Is that net profit or gross revenue?

[–] NickyD_@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago (1 children)

Net. Gross is much higher lol.

Wow good for you. 22yrs old and clearing 25k/mo after paying wages, supplies, insurance, tax, etc.

Those are great margins. Kudos.

Curious Why you are shopping for those shitty old used trucks? For your crew I guess?
