ChatGPT is telling me to go to Antarctica. Not sure about the cost of living there. And besides, I don't think their food game all that.

Seriously though, where have you spent a considerable amount of time and seen no roaches (the American and German types)?

Japan is a no go. It would be tough to find a rental with no roaches. I saw them in each of my apartments. Since I had my house built though, I've been spared the terror. Most hotels would be fine too.

I live in Aomori (since 2018) and I really haven't seem that many bugs. I'm from Alaska for reference so my tolerance for creepy crawlies is extremely low.

Yeah, I was kind of wondering about the situation up north. I live in Ise and we've got big ones.
Aren't the mosquitoes in Alaska terrible in the summer? Can't remember where I read that.
