Pretty much the title. Have a laborer ready for work with skills in demo, cleaning, landscaping. The caveat is I don't have any more free time in my schedule to do sales or marketing or extensive job quoting. Thought about pressure washing but that area seems crowded and ad necessary. Junk clean outs, but could potentially need a second laborer for heavy items. Gutter cleaning and landscaping but laborer doesn't love heights, and landscaping also seems crowded. Any ideas I'm not thinking of?

Get him some hazardous material remediation training, and then call every demo company and excavating company in the area offering to remove asbestos etc. before they start demolishing buildings.
