The OP link shows me the article and a graph, without needing scripts, or cross-site scripts, or cookies. So I guess for people trying to protect themselves against the enshitified web with NoScript and uBlock origin, it's actually better than lists.debian.org

Or, really, you could make a noscript exception for a legitimate purpose for a site that doesn't serve ads.

The OP page still fucks up tho:

doesn't allow scrolling away the garbage banner-ad-ish thing at the top,
has emojis in the actual article,
needless words to pad it out,
adding " (linked earlier)" instead of just linking the 2 preceding words,
the article is less than half the page height,
despite the wasted whitespace on the sides,
...
