These influencers make it sound so easy but its super hard unless im doing something wrong.

It can be hard to come up with something that isn't already happening. I think rather than trying to reinvent the wheel, its better to take something and "do it better".

If you just have some cash and are looking to invest it, me and my partner are looking for investors for our off-grid sustainable destination property. We're looking for $5K-25K investment and offering to pay 8-12% interest.
