It's night and it's dark, so no lights which means no books. No wifi or PC. Gotta save phone battery so no phone. Also it's so damn hot I think I'm gonna melt.

Reading a book or writing a diary if you have a suitable light source (candle, hand crank flashlight etc)

Light meat prep (no cooking, minimize opening fridge, minimal or no cutting with knife if you can't see)

Napping/sleeping til daylight arrives

Wet a hand towel with cold water, wring out and place on your forehead and/or neck...
