Obviously $5M is a lot of money, but for a lot of middle class people like myself this is attainable in a lifetime after saving for a while. Curious what each person’s choice would be for a “grail watch” that isn’t ridiculously expensive.

On the website it’s showing USD $6,300. Did they just raise the price or are you referring to buying used or at a discount from an AD?

Buying new from a Japanese dealer. You can find them on Chrono24 for around $4200 + shipping/tax/duties to the U.S.

I’m sorry. I know this ain’t the place to say this. But this watch is great if you’re trying to impress the watch aficionado staring studiously at your wrist trying to discern what model it is. For 99% of people it looks like a nice $300 department store watch.

Of course, buy shit for yourself that makes you happy! I just don’t see why folks would spend $5k+ on a relatively mundane looking watch.
