Only ideas I can think of are boucehouse, tables/chairs, and a photo booth. Is there anything else that would be good to rent out? I don't really have any special skills in particular just have some money to invest in something.
Thanks!

Here are some ideas of things you can buy and then rent out for money:

Vacation rental properties: This can be a lucrative investment, but it's important to do your research and make sure you're buying in a popular tourist destination. You'll also need to be prepared to manage the property yourself or hire a property manager.

Airbnb-ready apartments or rooms: This is a great way to generate income from your unused space. You'll need to make sure your apartment or room is well-maintained and inviting to guests.

Storage units: Storage units are in high demand, especially in urban areas. You can buy an existing storage facility or build your own.

Equipment rentals: There are many different types of equipment that you can rent out, such as power tools, party supplies, and camping gear. This can be a good option if you have a lot of storage space.

Baby and kids' gear: Baby and kids' gear can be expensive to buy, so many parents are happy to rent it instead. Items like car seats, cribs, and strollers are popular rentals.

Formal wear: Formal wear is often used only once or twice, so many people are willing to rent it instead of buying it. You can rent out dresses, suits, and tuxedos.

Bicycles: Bicycles are a great way to get around town, and many people are willing to rent them instead of buying them. You can rent out mountain bikes, road bikes, and e-bikes.

Kayaks and paddleboards: Kayaks and paddleboards are popular for recreational activities, and many people are willing to rent them instead of buying them.

RV rentals: RV rentals are a great way to explore the country, and many people are happy to rent them instead of buying them.

Specialty vehicles: If you have a specialty vehicle, such as a food truck or a party bus, you can rent it out to people who need it for special events.

These are just a few ideas to get you started. There are many other things that you can buy and then rent out for money. The key is to find a niche market that you're interested in and that has the potential to be profitable.
