Only ideas I can think of are boucehouse, tables/chairs, and a photo booth. Is there anything else that would be good to rent out? I don't really have any special skills in particular just have some money to invest in something.

If you're by some water (ocean or lake) water equipment rentals are pretty great.

SUPs, Kayaks, Surfboards or even Bikes. These are great options.

I will say, bikes are a little more annoying because the maintenance is way more, but a lot of times people like to get multiple pieces of equipment and they end up being a good additional item.

The other options are great 🤙🏼
