Only ideas I can think of are boucehouse, tables/chairs, and a photo booth. Is there anything else that would be good to rent out? I don't really have any special skills in particular just have some money to invest in something.
Thanks!

I dont know much about it but could look into large machinery. Mechanics background is a huge plus, otherwise as you scale you'll need one on call/employed. Contractors are all about time and money so offering delivery or a trailer rental and under cutting big box by even 10% could bring you in plenty. Easy target market as entire industries/platforms are centered around construction/Contractors.

Big drawbacks are upkeep (mechanic) and price barrier to entry but shit even towns use local shops for municipal rentals. Plenty of used machines for fractions with sell financing to boot. Just another idea, not my field.
