Was flipping back and forth between the Sixers Hawks game and the Villanova game so I admittedly didn't watch all of it. But here are my thoughts anyways.

Quick note: I'm still not sure how much I care about the IST, or if I even care at all. However, it is fun watching both teams go full throttle to the buzzer even though the game was already over.

Hawks:

Their whole offense was look for the quick 3 or put the ball in Young's hands. If this is how they always play, I can't blame Young for being inefficient.

I miss Saddiq Bey.

I was expecting Murray to be their secondary creator on offense. However, Johnson was more impressive offensively in my opinion.

Sixers:

Embiid good. Harris good. Duh.

With arguably our 2 best role players out, it's nice to see other role players step up and have great games. I'm not sure we win this game without those 14 points in 18 minutes from House or Springer's energy. Also Melton with another nice game.

Speaking of Springer, I'm glad to see him play well and I'm glad to see Nurse trust him enough to let him close out the game. I don't think that will be everything night, nor should it be. But I'm glad Nurse road the hot hand. Our team is 3 stars and a bunch of role players. We don't need the same 5 guys closing every night rn.

Morris only played 2 minutes but they were 2 too many (yes I just said tootoo).
