Correlation tactics like this are used all the time.

It’s one of the funnier things about resumes in cleared work … they tend to become more and more vague.

I often times screen a candidate not by what their resume says but by what their resume implies by the way it’s crafted.

Unfortunately has the sad side effect of having wildly unqualified people burn out in the first 90 days but that’s on you for lying (and also good for you, make that paper and bounce!)
