America is being hollowed out with no plans to address its effects on the poor and working class, apart from cutting the social safety net. This is happening in a time when it's been criminalized to be homeless in the US and, if you're scooped up, you can be forced legally to perform prison labor.

I don't understand anyone who is actively patriotic in this country.
