I can't believe the Mavericks were playing so soft that last possession. 50 seconds left and down by 5, its not over at that point, you just need a quick turnover. Should have been full court press, and instead the let Giannis walk up for an uncontested short jump shot.
This is exactly what the Celtics do the last three years and has mostly worked - granted his backcourt was never full or fully healthy when it did. Usually it's between an uncontested jumpshot by Giannis or a dunk - contested/uncontested who cares at that point.
