Dame playing a strong facilitator role tonight who knocked down his shots when they mattered most, with 2 of his made 3s coming in the 4th to help reach the Mavs and build a lead. Him and Giannis were fantastic tonight and benefited feeding off each other's gravity (both picking up assists above their season average) in a game where both combined for 67 points, enough to best the Luka and Kyrie duo who combined for 74 points. This team is starting to unlock itself offensively

With 9 of his 27 coming from made free throws, you have a good point.

Someone who's a Dame fan, please educate me. Do his numbers drop off in the post season when everyone gets fewer calls?

He doesn’t make the postseason

He shot more free throws than Luka and Kyrie combined. But more importantly, when the game was on the line, the refs let him shoot 3 freebies on a ridiculous call. He does this in every game and refs let him get away with it...
