I'm not surprised. It is the reason why companies like SpaceX don't want to be dual use if they don't have to.

Space-X and Starlink have always been military projects the civil side of it was just to fool the world into thinking it wasnt.

No one made SpaceX create Starshield, it was the $1.8B contract provided by Bidens government that made them want to do so. They are happy to participate in military affairs as that's where the big money is.
