Isn’t he a white guy with schizophrenia? Shitty Wok I mean City Wok is a white dude that has many personalities (more than Butters that one episode (honestly I think Butters’ therapist that episode owned “shitty wok”

Dr Janis/Lu Kim/various has a multiple personality disorder (which is not the same thing as schizophrenia). Poor Butters just has a very active imagination and basically no friends half of the time.
