It was 2nd OT and the call on the floor was that KD fouled Lauri Markkinen in the act of shooting giving him 3 free throws at

140-137 Suns

The coaches challenge that was successful which declared KD as having a legal contest and therefore no foul ended up making it so that the coaches challenge was the game winner as it was going to free throws and possibly 3OT

This is the first ever coaches challenge game winner
