Google Translate does this for free so it may be tough to make profitable.
I live in Vietnam as a foreigner and can open my camera with Google Translate and point it at a menu and it'll translate it on my screen.
I can also upload pdfs or pictures and get translated versions. Etc
I would think that in order to make it profitable you would need to find your target audience that is willing to pay for your service or willing to put up with any ad revenue etc you have on your app. And just build that audience.

That’s a good start but it doesn’t provide a chat system where you can inquire deeper. I agree that it’s a nice start but the point of this tool is actually understand what you’re reading and it gives you quick action items of what to do next.
Well that is dope. Solving a problem. Time to market it!
