All about the people. Don't think of a skillset or title equates to leadership and project management. You can be a skilled developer and a founder and ruin a good project. Food for thought when evaluating who to bring on.

Google Translate does this for free so it may be tough to make profitable.

I live in Vietnam as a foreigner and can open my camera with Google Translate and point it at a menu and it'll translate it on my screen.

I can also upload pdfs or pictures and get translated versions. Etc

I would think that in order to make it profitable you would need to find your target audience that is willing to pay for your service or willing to put up with any ad revenue etc you have on your app. And just build that audience.

What's your time worth to you? When I started in business I thought, man if I can make $25 an hour I'm going to be alright. Eventually that number turned into, if I'm not making $150 an hour I'm not doing it.
