Mercedes-Benz’s aggressive anti-union campaign against U.S. autoworkers in Alabama is a clear human rights violation under the German Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains

I was a bit skeptical about this but it seems the law does indeed include

  1. the prohibition of disregarding the freedom of association, according to which
    a) employees are free to form or join trade unions

Alabama? Not surprised. That place is a dump. You want to do some illegal shit? You want kids to work in slaughterhouses? Just bribe AL officials. They’re all scumbags. And racist as fuck.

Mercedes knows what they’re doing. If they didn’t they wouldn’t have had the balls to put cheat devices on their diesel vehicles for years.
