The circle of life is harsh. We don't get to play God.

I choose Right over Good. Sorry everyone.

I suspect you're not really sorry.

"Instead of reporting the situation to a conservation officer and allowing the authorities to handle the rescue and relocation of the moose, the individual made the independent decision to transport an uninjured moose calf, a wild animal, in the front seat of his company vehicle for many hours," AFD Petroleum president Dale Reimer said in an emailed statement.

"This not only put the employee and other road users at risk but also potentially caused distress and harm to the moose."

The thing was going to get eaten by a bear, pal. What an asshole.

It kind of reads like they were looking for an excuse to fire him. Wonder whether he had any prior trouble with the company.

Definitely! There is almost always more to these type of stories, but most people just want an excuse to be outraged.

Well, he could have let the moose into the vehicle and waited for the bear to go away while parked on the side of the highway and phoned it into the conservation officers to come pick it up.

It is pretty dangerous to drive down a highway with an unrestrained moose in your front seat.

No realli! She was Karving her initials on the møøse with the sharpened end of an interspace tøøthbrush given her by Svenge - her brother-in-law - an Oslo dentist and star of many Norwegian møvies: "The Høt Hands of an Oslo Dentist", "Fillings of Passion", "The Huge Mølars of Horst Nordfink".
