TIL they made Inside Out 2. I'll have to check it out eventually, first one was good enough.

I took one of my kids last weekend (my other kid is too little for movie theaters) and we really enjoyed it. I don't think it's as poignant as the first one, since it's more or less kind of a rehash of the same theme, but it was still well made. Anyway, despite having seen the first movie many, many times, it was still fun seeing the characters reunited and satisfying seeing them overcome their new crisis.

Same. Didn't expect it to have another part.

Genuinely I love a good pixar film on a hangover day, and I had literally no idea this film existed

Dune 2 was great though

Hard to beat that Pixar money.

Pixar hasn't had Pixar money in a long time. Their last huge success was Toy Story 4 and that was 5 years ago. Of course you can blame Disney+ for a lot of that.

Inside Out 2 is pretty bad value for money in terms of how much throat singing the soundtrack has. That's just facts

It also has a much larger potential audience; wider age range and interested peoples.
