It's like a more interesting version of Star Wars - Phantom Menace.
“BD” refers to Franco-Belgian comics, but let's open things up to include ALL Euro comics and GN's. Euro-style work from around the world is also welcome!
* BD = "Bandes dessinées"
* BDT = Bedetheque
* GN = graphic novel
* LBK = Lambiek
* LC = "Ligne claire"

Beautiful water colors.
Wimmelbilder anyone?
Wimmelbilder
Oh wow, thank you... r/wimmelbilder/ is pretty great!
We need to recreate that sub in the Fediverse / Lemmyverse, right?
Okay, I used "TinEye" to reverse-image search, and I believe this work comes from Star Wars Visions from 2010. I'm going to see about borrowing the book to check out the other art; will let you know if I find anything interesting.
Btw, in my search, I randomly discovered this interesting collection of art tips from the master. As an artist myself, I feel like there's a lot for me to learn there, wow!
I found this book, seemingly a collection of his work. Might be interesting as well.
Thanks! I'll see if we have that in our library system..
But shhh...! Please don't tell @Nacktmull@lemmy.world, as he might just explode after seeing all this cool Moebius stuff! :S
