Capitalism LOL.
Work Reform
A place to discuss positive changes that can make work more equitable, and to vent about current practices. We are NOT against work; we just want the fruits of our labor to be recognized better.
Our Philosophies:
- All workers must be paid a living wage for their labor.
- Income inequality is the main cause of lower living standards.
- Workers must join together and fight back for what is rightfully theirs.
- We must not be divided and conquered. Workers gain the most when they focus on unifying issues.
Our Goals
- Higher wages for underpaid workers.
- Better worker representation, including but not limited to unions.
- Better and fewer working hours.
- Stimulating a massive wave of worker organizing in the United States and beyond.
- Organizing and supporting political causes and campaigns that put workers first.
Hope this bites them in the ass.
It won't, unfortunately.
It will, most farmers have already started stepping away from deere equipment, the repair lockouts are what started it. This is going to make it worse.
Yeah, if the share price goes down due to change in public sentiment and buying habits, the stock buyback essentialh wasted money.
But if the price remains steady or goes up in any nominal way, the stock buy back nets them tons of cash. If steady, not tons of cash but plenty of 'control' of corporate direction.
the system is working as intended. no corpo ass will be bit here.
Conservatives: THESE CORPORATIONS AND THE PEOPLE THAT RUN THEM ARE THE REAL PROBLEM.
Please stop obsessing over people's genitals and get with the rest of us on trying to fix this broken system we've got.
Make a list of companies that dot his shit and stop buying stuff from them. Not barring other measures of course.
Won't help. There are like 2 tractor companies and both do this.
Stock buybacks need to be illegal.
The used to be
Here's the list.
- Fucking everybody.
Oh man is that all!
Fuck the UAW. They ended strike activity at my university with 21% approval.
Interesting that your first reaction was to condemn the union and not a billion dollar company for laying off their workers after record profits.
The UAW is a scam and they don't represent their members' interests. They're complicit in all of the problems their members face.
Again, WHY ARE YOU NOT CONDEMNING THE COMPANY???
You know you totally sound like a shill, don't you?
I'm not saying you are, I'm just saying that for someone claiming to be a sheep you howl a little bit too much.
