If I was ever going to try immutable, manjaro is the last one I'd try, given their core product seems like an experiment with how often they fuck up their handling of it in various ways

I don't really understand how the underlying tech (arkdep) works. It seems to build an image, which is the "deployed", but what's that supposed to mean?

They also have an arkdep-build tool to "build images" but it's not clear to me if it uses a single configuration file or... what it does...
