Google the Star Trek chronology project. That’s hands down the best viewing order IMO.
That's pretty cool. I knew some shows' plots were in parallel, but it's surprising seeing all the interleaving. I hope they update it with the new seasons soon. https://thestartrekchronologyproject.blogspot.com/2009/09/and-now-conclusion.html?m=1
And I hope they will add Lower Decks one day to the list, even if it's not live action.

Once you hit the new shows, I’d suggest letting whim take you a bit. If you’re really digging one snow stick with it; if not, give it a rest for a bit until you are.
