Nice! Book 1 was pretty good, though the scenes where his cat got hurt were pretty tough to read for a softie like me

Heh. I haven't started the series yet. Got to read his Alex Verus first (which I also haven't started yet) ๐Ÿ˜€

The Alex Verus series is great, he does a fantastic job of weaving a arc over 10 books that hits a fantastic climax for book 11 and finishes things up nicely at the of book 12. GRRM wishes he knew how to complete arcs so satisfyingly
