Pretty easy to understand. This illustrates it nicely. Just imagine millions more of the man under the pipe feeding into it with their individual drips on the other end.

Well believe it or not, some of that money is spent on taking care of your grandparent. The workers use things as do the grandparents... It's not like all the money just goes to the top.

Like I get what it's saying and it's not wrong but stating it like they do makes it seem like they're saying but where's the money go?

Also, I don't believe that they're actually paid $10 an hour or minimum wage in most places
