Nope. 3% is less than inflation rates so with cost of living factored in they got the opposite.

Hasn't the Newsguild been silent on Gaza and misinformation though?

It doesn't legitimize Merediths cash grab, but that union really isn't very "uniony" if it doesn't fight for it's members or act in solidarity with workers at large
