I'm currently running qbittorent and nord VPN on a VM to safely torrent without getting yelled at by my ISP. I use the VM because I cannot enable the VPN on the host it'self as it would cause various connectivity issues. Is there a way to usse the qBittorrent container, and have it use a VPN without the entire host utilizing the VPN?

I know the container uses the host's IP but can you use VPN only for a specific port? Or do I continue using a VM?

I’m not sure about nord, but I use proton vpn and it has a setting called split tunneling. You can choose to include or exclude certain apps from the vpn and I just have qbittorrent on the include list so it’s the only thing on my pc that uses the vpn.
