Terrible call, if it stands after VAR I will lose it
Half the audience and all the players screaming "Ruka" (Arm) and grabbing their arm to show that the enemy player touched the ball.
Also, he prolly saw the ball bounce from the arm/chest area but not a clear view.
That's why we have VAR.
