I have a 17cm wrist, anything over 42mm diameter looks kinda bulky. I think ill exchange the Invicta and the Braun for another Casio, Seiko or i will try a Citicen watch. These watches were pretty cheap. The Seiko and Edifice were about 100€ each. Fossil~70€, Baby-G 40€ on Ebay, Invicta 50€, Braun 25€ from Aldi and the Casio A168 and the MDC field watch are about 20€ each. The last two are my most worn watches because the are really comfy.

Collecting is not all about the price, it is about your passion and stories behind each watches.

Great collection! When you are older, you will look back on those memories of when you got those watches. I still have my broke college student watches and wear them often

A collection of watches you like and wear is the best collection in the world

I’m a non-broke adult, but my most premium watch is only about $1000. It doesn’t matter what they cost. Just that you enjoy them. I’ve seen that Braun on some architect YouTube channel. Its design brings me joy.

Looks like a respectable collection everything considered, well done. 👍

i’m gonna be honest, i don’t love it.

there’re nice pieces in there but there’s too many lower end copy watches like the pepsi. as a broke student, just focus on higher quality pieces with the same amount of money.

Brother your collection is my dream

The fact that you have this many watches means you're not a broke student

Let me tell you this, and this is coming from experience. It’s nice to have a collection. You get to wear different watches, depending on your mood and the situation. But man, I wish I saved my money on a bunch of impulse purchases. I have a couple watches where I saved for months, sometimes years, and those watches are always my favorites. You just appreciate them more, because of the time spent saving for them. You have a collection now, and it’s not bad at all. But next time you want to buy a watch, consider saving your money, and looking for something you REALLY want. Like something you can’t live without. I bought my Santos de Cartier after saving for a full year, and I love that watch more than some of my family members lol. Nice collection, and enjoy the journey!

Also, FWIW, my rule has always been this: Every week, I put $100 into my watch savings. I realize that as a college student, you probably don’t have this luxury. However, I assume you have some sort of income, and what you can do if you’re serious about collecting is, make some type of budget. Even if it’s $10 a week. And instead of impulse buying something that you won’t wear in a year, you’ll be able to save up for something that you’ll give to your children someday. Good luck to you.
