I love this watch and I found the brand’s website but I cannot find this specific watch anywhere. If anyone knows where I can find it or even one very similar looking that would be great help!

Not the same watch but taking into account that googling "playing card dial watch" doesn't bring up any hits for a legit watch brand making one, I think this is something someone cobbled together with a fun dial. Probably a one-off.

Not that close but I came across them during the googling.

Cuevos Y Sobranos was a Cuban jeweler/importer. They used many different Swiss movements, Rolex included, and branded the dials.

The modern Cuevos Y Sobranos is a re-vamp of the label.

Cuervo y sobrinos.

Cuervo being a last name and "sobrinos" meaning "nephews".

This one is as close as I could find. Nearly identical dial.

I think Longines also had a watch like this with cards on the dial.

If this isn’t yet called a jackoff dial, it should be.

Following one of the threads mentioned jumped me eventually to this... not the same, but in a card motif. Somewhat pricy though.

You likely aren't going to find a modern version of this watch. This looks like a vintage Rado, and I don't believe they make this dial anymore.

It's a 50-70 year old watch. You aren't going to find it on any manufacturer website.
