People need to understand that even if you score on an iso possession, it’s not the same as scoring while moving the ball. You pressure and wear out a defense, which leads to less effort on close-outs and help side transitions. It makes playing defense for 4/5 guys super easy.
Kinda seemed like the gripe should have been with Tyus Jones (I think it was him). Avdija was wide the eff open when Jones kicked out to Poole instead, and by the time Poole got it, Donte had returned to Avdija and was in position to defend him if Poole did try to pass to him.
