Forgot to post this one here. Absolutely in love with the dial and the smooooth 16 bpm second hand. Wanted a Precisionist for so long but it was available only in huge sizes until now.

Bulova Watch F Jet Star Mens 96B401. Straight from the 1970s comes the Bulova 1973 Jet Star “F”, an iconic model from the brands impressive history, now equipped with an equally impressive movement. Borrowing from its historic forebear, the stainless-steel case features a striking angular design with broad facets and a domed sapphire crystal. The magnificently deep claret sunburst dial is accented by a black chapter ring, applied black and red hour markers, and matching silver tone and red hands. Luminescent plots at each hour and fill in the hands allow for exceptional legibility in every environment, while a date display sits perfectly at 3 o’clock. The Jet Star is powered by Bulovas Precisionist movement, a revolutionary 8-jewel quartz mechanism vibrating at a remarkable 262kHz, accurate to 5 seconds per month with increased resistance to temperature changes, and with a sweeping seconds hand. Complementing the stainless-steel case is a matching bracelet. Legendary style with the high-flying Bulova 1973 Jet Star “F”, a design recreated for the modern connoisseur.

Gratz on the new job and the new watch! This on my short list for my next buy, it looks great but I need to see one in person before pulling the trigger.

Congrats man! This one is in my cart. How is the bracelet and overall feel of the watch?

Case feels solid and gives the impression it will last a lifetime. Bracelet looks very 70s with all the shine but really completes the look in my opinion

I’m always 50/50 with Bulova. I have a Lunar Pilot and a gold Computron but some of their watches are terrible.

This watch is so sick man. Might have to grab one.

[–] Kind_Battle_2362@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Computron was a disappointment for me, really felt cheap. This one belongs next to the Lunar Pilot in terms of overall quality

Dial is beautiful. Bracelet looks amazing.

Is there a limit on the amount of links you can take off the bracelet? I read that somewhere. Looking at buying this but have a 6inch wrist and want to make sure I can take off enough links
