I like Orient watches but they're a bit too bland for me.

Requirements: Lug to lug - no more than 47mm. Dive style watch or something versatile that works for business casual. Something that's eye catching but not very flashy. Price - under $1000, but preferably $200-$500.

I like the look of the Omega Seamaster and Tudor Black Bay. Homages are fine but I don't want something that is too reflective (a little bit is fine). I considered the San Martin homage of the Black Bay but it looked very reflective in videos.

Watches that don't interest me: SKX013, christopher ward, lorier neptune, any submariner clone with a cyclops

Thanks

any particular reason why you don’t like the Neptune? It pretty much nails the vintage diver aesthetic, very similar to the Tudor BB. The SKX and its newer variants (SRPD/SRPK) are also fantastic.

what exactly are you looking for? what would make a watch “eye-catching”?
