I’m looking for an analog watch that has month, day, and time displayed on its face. I would also like if it had a feature that made it easy to see in the dark as well. i would prefer a simple and more traditional look with a leather band. I would also prefer not having a smart watch. Any suggestions?

There are some watches with the seagull ST2527 movement that have all these on the dial. I don't know if you can find something within your budget, you could ask in r/Chinesewatches

The seiko spc251 has a perpetual calendar and can show you the month too if you use the pushers but by default it only shows the day/date all the time.

The best bet would be an ana-digi watch like the Casio lineage models that let you put the month/date in the digital display (not all 3 montd/date/day).

The Casio Gshock ga2100 also has all 3 on the dial, day on an analog subdial and month/date in a small digital subdial.

For digital only Casio has plenty of models like the ae1200, ws1600 and meny more sportier models.
