No one can be that heavy and jump so high and not have their knees go bad and lead to a short career. LeBron is still playing 15 years after that take.
NBA - Main
Game analysis, highlights and everything else that is happening in the NBA.
I was amongst many fans who thought Ainge was SMOKING for picking Jaylen Brown 3rd overall.
Lebron will be another "the next Jordan" that didn't work out, and Darko will become a great player with that "growing up in war" work ethic.
I really thought that Rudy and KAT would lead the Timbs to the finals. Don't ask me why...
I thought Michael Beasley would be a superstar.
LBJ was better than Kobe
I have a ton of them.
I thought Todd Fuller, John Wallace, and Joe Alexander would be multi-time all stars.
I thought Juan Dixon would have the longest career out of those dudes on that Maryland National Championship team. I would not have believed in a million years that it would be Steve Blake.
I was convinced Antawn Jamison would be out of the league in 3 years.
Cedi Osman is going to be an All Star. There’s still time.
I thought Trae Young would be a complete bust.
Really thought Luke Walton was going to be a hall of fame caliber coach lol
Zion doesn't watch porn :/ Way off about that one.
Dante Exum is the missing piece the Jazz have been waiting for.
OJ Mayo 🫣
Tre Mann would have a better career than Jalen Green
Not sure yet
I thought Derrick Williams was gonna be so fuckin unstoppable dude
Emmanuel Mudiay was going to be a stud and turn the Nuggets into playoff contenders
Either Jahlil Okafor or Mario Hezonja
Forget the trade price, I thought Gobert+Towns+Ant would have been a devastating trio defensively and offensively.
I was a Jabari Parker believer. I really wanted him to be on par or better than Melo
In like 2015-16 I told someone Lebron needed to win immediately because he only had 2 years of good ball left. Lol
Trae Young and Cam Reddish > Luka
To the point that out of the 3 of them Cam was going to be the best player
I thought Deon Waiters was going to be the next D Wade after watching him in his first pre season.
I thought drafting Steph Curry was a mistake because the Warriors already had Monta Ellis
Whoever painted the JTA mural in LA before he ever suited up
Zion would be an MVP candidate by now.
Something something big 3 something something scary hours.
I'm sure at some point I said I would never cheer for CP3
I thought Mo Bamba was the man of his draft. He was going to become a real force in the NBA in just a few years
I was so sure that Monta was the guy for the Warriors to keep over Steph. Here we are.
Ben McLemore is the next Ray Allen :(
Steph curry would be a role player at best. Thought he’d be a 15-20 min bench player.
I was wrong about Ben Simmons never playing basketball again due to mental health issues. Did not believe he had a back problem that needed to be fixed. There was so much drama in that lost season for the Sixers and Simmons. Both sides probably should have communicated better but it was a dumpster fire after Doc threw Simmons under the bus, never seen anything like it.
Shabazz Mohammed and Ben Mclemore would be franchise players because at the time, that draft was incredibly ass
I thought Lonzo was going to help lead us to a championship
