I got a quartz tissot, i havent wear it for a couple of weeks and i noticed the second hand moves every 4 seconds like wtf, the time is right but what the fuck is wrong with it? Its new i got it as gift this year

Probably an end of battery life indicator.

You need a new battery 🔋. The battery is almost dead.

Dead battery. Easy fix but the retailer should fix it as buying a new watch with an already dead battery is not acceptable
