I was given a this watch as my first watch as a gift from my Turkish uncle. It wasn't dear but I can't go back to Turkey any time soon and it has sentimental value so I'd like to fix it. I've tried a few local watch repair shops and they've all said they couldn't get the parts, and when I tried searching for the mechanism all I could find were Turkish shopping sites with no info on the mechanism. I still have the original crown and bottom of the stem though the stem broke from the crown cleanly so it's impossible to screw out. Other than the inability to adjust the time, the watch still works perfectly as it is automatic, it can still be wound by walking.

I appreciate any and all help, thank you

okay, so the watch I thought shared the same movement seems to be a bit different... namely the date at the top. I'd search on aliexpress for "reward automatic watch" every once and a while to see if one shows up that looks the same... then grab it and swap out the crown/stem
