The answer is Kawhi

I think Draymond is the best answer for this lol. Like his game is so clunky and anti-smooth that almost no one thinks about Draymond as offensive player despite facilitating one of the greatest offenses of all time. That’s how clunky his game is lol
Like he legit might be the most effective screen setter of all time. And his unwavering pass first play style has legit made him one of the best point forwards of all time.
Ron Artest was clunky but got to his spots and was a great defender
Kenny Lofton jr
He’s not stiff. He could just stand to lose a few pounds. That jiggling when he’s jogging up and down the court is unsightly.
Jokic??
The way Luka goes to the basket sometimes sort of looks like he just walks to certain places and crouches, then waits and scores. Like in a way I feel like I could do playing against randoms, but somehow just works at a really high level. I read that he had the most elite stopping ability they ever measured at that stats place where they measure random stuff on all the incoming rookies. It just looks kind of bizarre
OG a little bit
Their entire careers Paul Pierce and Andre Miller had the most "old guy at the gym trying to get up shots" game I'd ever seen. They looked like they we're playing in slow motion.
Obviously Jokic who's the goat at that.
Lamarcus Aldridge my favorite power forward. He's weirdly clunky, awkward and smooth all at the same time I don't know how he does it
Jaylen Brown lol
Trebuchet
I scrolled through most of the list without seeing Jimmy Butler. How can that be?!
For me, Pascal Siakam is the epitome of this
Joker
Manu was more awkward than clunky, especially that shot of his, but he was highly effective. Duncan too, actually, was very stiff to watch.
Current NBA, Slo-Mo Anderson comes to mind - another former Spur. TJ McConnell. Javale McGee.
Not seeing a lot of guards in this thread lol
Rudy Gobert look like a new born baby deer and I pretty damn effective. Does that count?
Mitchell Robinson doing anything outside of blocking a shot or a put back is comical, I really believe someone told him he could be an nba player when he was like 17 and he just did it
kyle anderson
Jokic
Going way back - Andrew Toney had the funniest looking jumper ever for a dude who could actually sy
run and dunk man sometimes
KAT drives like he wants to break his knees
Wemby and Jokić’s game looks terrible and I’m tired of everyone pretending it doesn’t.
Bam Adebayo
If you rearrange the letters in “effective but clunky” you get “dirk nowitzki”
Julius Randle. The human beyblade
Slow mo Joe Ingles and his sideways shot
Kawhi is a bit robotic/clunky but it works
Bam Adebayo
Luka
Domantas Sabonis
Kyle “Slo Mo” Anderson
Kevon Looney
Tim Duncan actually had a really awkward finishing style. It looked bad but it was pretty efficient. He seemed to have a tough time getting by his opponents and relied on short arcless hook shoots and what looked like forced layups
My fav player but I still gotta say Bron. At least for some of his dribble moves.
Jarret Allen has developed a lot, but I have a clear memory of watching he shooting a hook shot in one of his first pre season games, thinking "that man will not last long in the NBA".
Sengun
Jonathan Kuminga. The numbers are showing that he can play but damn if he doesn't look like a kid going through puberty.
Kyle kuzma for sure
This was TJ Warren for a few years
