Would fit in well in today's game
NBA - Main
Game analysis, highlights and everything else that is happening in the NBA.
No shot. Dudes too slow and plotting, and had an eFG of 47% for his career. He'd be Jahlil Okafor with better rim protection.
So a better player
He'd probably still be great on defense but his offense is not a good fit for today at all lol, ball pounding post scorer with bad passing and mediocre offensive rebounding
Rich man’s Julius Randle
Jermaine was really good and the fact that he can finish with either hand shows his high skill level. That said, I always thought he settled for too many 17-footers.
He really thought he was Ewing some games...it sunk his efficiency
So true. He only hit 50+ FG% twice in his career, once if excluding his last season where he only played 44 games.
Honestly, I have no idea what I'm looking at here.
Old school basketball seems so boring. Why is the offense set up with him facing towards halfcourt all the time, it just seems inefficient. And then he just holds the ball and looks at the basket for like 5 seconds before making a move. Could he not catch and dribble drive towards the basket? Where even is his three point shot?
Those moves are probably difficult but it looks so mechanical. I'm glad the game moved on. That one guy making the pass looks like he is trying to bench press the ball. This is the kind of stuff that old school fans miss? Players like this would get destroyed by Wemby or having to guard Jokic these days.
The word pacers highlights are so rarely spoken that they get me excited every time
The early 00s pinstripe will always be my favorite pacer uniforms
