It's a McBlot.

Judging by the script, which I think reads "10 Jahre", it's probably some sort of corporate gift for ten years of employment. What the underlying watch is, I don't know. It resembles some older 80s-90s Hublots, but I've never seen one with Roman numerals on the bezel like that. But, I also try to avoid looking at Hublots directly because I like my retinas and would prefer they remain undamaged, so this may be the reason I've never seen on like that. Or, of course, it's some sort of inexpensive fashion watch in the style of a Hublot with a custom printed dial. It probably depends on whether it was a corporate gift for an executive or a cashier.
