They all weirdly look the same, like the designers used the same three templates with different fonts and a few varying layouts. Flex points to OKC for just basically stealing the Hawks colorway.

If you are doing all these “city” or “town” uniforms, why in the world is Detroit not Motor City. Those are just black Detroit jerseys, how boring.

People keep blaming Nike, but teams design their own jerseys. They have in-house design departments and/or hire actual design firms. All Nike does is make the jerseys and consult with the teams' designers on what can and cannot be done with their colors/materials/frame templates.

Teams have just gotten really fucking lazy. They need to just go back to doing classis jersey throwbacks and call it a day.

So many of these are so, so terrible. Whoever came up with the Warriors one should be on trial at the Hague as soon as possible.

You have all of this bay area influence to work with for Golden State and you pick the steep ass streets that everyone hates in SF as your influence for the lettering. I guess it’s better than the rose Cheeto dust jerseys they had before.

Two years in a row the Magic city jerseys look like they ripped off the Pelicans’ font. They aren’t inherently ugly, but I just can’t vibe with it.
