Holy fucking shit bro/bra no one and I repeat no one really fucking gives a shit what you do, your job is to toss the ball at the start for the jump and blow the whistle 48 minutes later at the end and hopefully ideally shut the fuck up and get out of the fucking way of the fucking sports game

Please also keep trying to ref well, because to us in the basketball sub, that’s really important and transcends genders. It isn’t about male or female or trans or queer. Only identity that matters is what team you rep and we all just want the game well reffed.

Y’all are so mean. I personally embrace my refs, and support their stupid and ridiculous calls with all my love and admiration. #Loverefs #Blindnessiskindness. Jokes aside, this is great for the league, I’m not a major supporter of representation in everything (E.G Swifties trying to make Taylor gay), that being said the NBA like all sports leagues has a history of discrimination against queer people, as demonstrated by zero NBA players actively coming out as queer. I hope Che helps normalise queer people in basketball, that being said if they screw with my team I’m hating on their ugly ass eyebrows.
