A very nice write-up.
My nit-pick is that a novice may misconstrue MPTCP as coming from Go, rather than Go adding support for MPTCP. Go has added support for a feature used elsewhere. Go is not the driver for this technology.
This is a great feature to add to Go. I do appreciate the write-up.
