My audeze maxwells are currently on v1.0.1.51 and I have the 2.4ghz dongle plugged in but cant seem to find out how to get it to recognize my headphones again? only my BT works but I dont like BT , can someone please help me? its driving me nuts

Do you need to select the correct output in Windows?

Do you need to download any software?

Are your windows updates current?
