Hello again and sorry for the spam lately, I dont have anyone in my friend circle or family that knows anything about watches and this sub is filled with very knowledgeable people.

So I was looking into Junghans watches and the Meister Chronoscope just seemed like the perfect watch for my taste. It uses the Automatic Caliber J880.1, with 48 hours reserve. Since I dont know much about the technology, my questions would be; what do you think about the j880.1 and what do you think or know about junghans watches in general, are they good value?

I am going to have a look at this specific watch tomorrow in a local store.

Had a black dial one for a while. Definitely agree with the others that it's an excellent quality watch with a good, reliable movement. My main issue was how damn large it wore because it's "all dial" (e.g. I've got larger diameter divers with smaller dials due to the bezel that wear better) but if your wrist can pull it off, it's a good 'un.
