Yeah haha I know they suck haha whatever. Let’s get that out of the way. They do actually have fans and I’m one 😂 But what’s the NBA community general perception of them this year? Vegas has them at 35.5 wins. I think if they stay healthy, BIG IF, they’re a 40+ win team easy. With Lamelo, the wife beater, Williams, and the rookie Brandon Miller. Solid squad. Maybe better than people expect. They open vs ATL tonight. Thoughts?

35.5?? The line I saw was 31.5 and I hit the under. At 35.5 I'd smash the under with 90% of my cash.

If anyone wants free money they should bet the Hornets over at 31.5, because I guarantee this team wins at least 32 games

i'm expecting the Clifford special of 36-46, could easily go either way. Our bench depth is horrific if we miss any of our top 7 for an extended period, and with Bridges' situation and Hayward's injury history, we probably will

Guarantee the top 7 stay healthy and I'll smash the over a hundred times, but I also think we play at a sub-30 win pace any time we're more than one man down.

Fuck it I’ll take the over. I think they can bounce back to their 2021-22 season form

I really like watching LaMelo play and do wish the good guys on this team the best but, this team is super thin on “Effective NBA Player” talent.

It’s really LaMelo, Terry, and Mark Williams who would make a contenders rotation.

  • BMill will probably be an effective NBA player but he’s going to have his rookie bumps,
  • Bridges will miss games,
  • and respectfully there’s a reason PJ didn’t get the contract he wanted.
  • Everyone else is either old (Hayward) or very raw (Nick Smith, etc.).

Hornets likely don’t make the play-in. Not 100% the good guys fault but it’s likely out of their hands.
